Ahmad Alwan, DO
Adult Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology
Dr. Alwan graduated in 1998, Cum Laude, from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry degree. He then achieved his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2002 from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY.
Dr. Alwan completed an internship in Internal Medicine from 2002 to 2003 at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY, and then completed his neurology residency at Upstate Medical University from 2003 to 2006. Dr. Alwan also completed a clinical neurophysiology fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN from 2006 to 2007.
Dr. Alwan joined Neuro Medical Care Associates in February 2008.
Dr. Alwan is board certified in adult neurology as well as clinical neurophysiology.
